Located in the centre of Asturias, an ideal location for visiting any part of the Principality. From Sama (Grado) you can reach in a short time other picturesque mountain municipalities and their rural enclaves such as Grado (stage of the Primitive Pilgrim's Way to Santiago), Proaza, Teverga, Quirós, Somiedo, etc.

The proximity to the city of Oviedo/Uviéu, 20 minutes away, means that visitors can enjoy an intense cultural day in the capital of the Principality. Cities such as Avilés and Gijón/Xixón are also very close and offer interesting and varied visits that can be the beginning of itineraries along the Asturian coastline both to the east and to the west, enjoying the coastal landscapes, its beaches and its good gastronomy.

Two types of breakfasts are offered, the house breakfast which consists of: freshly squeezed orange juice, assorted fruit, coffee-milk-infusion, local bread, extra virgin olive oil, butter and jams, tomato, cereals, honey, yoghurt, cheese, cold meats and homemade pastries. And the continental with freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee-milk-infusion, toast/buns.
